1. Promoter

This raffle (“Raffle”) is promoted by GarmGiveawayz, located at 84 Milton Road, ST1 6HD.

2. Eligibility

• The Raffle is open to UK residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the Raffle are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Methods

• Paid Entry: Purchase a £2 entry ticket via Stripe on the product page at
  https://www.garmgiveawayz.co.uk/product-page/raffle-entry-ticket.

• Free Entry:

  • Complete the online form at https://garmgiveawayz.co.uk/free-entry, providing your first name, email, phone number, category preference, and confirming you are 18 or older; or

  • Send your first name, email, and phone number by post to:
    GarmGiveawayz, 84 Milton Road, ST1 6HD, United Kingdom.

• All entries (paid and free) must be received by the Closing Date (see section 7).

• Only one entry per person is allowed, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

• Free entries have an equal chance of winning as paid entries.

4. Prize

• The prize is one custom suitcase or one pair of Christian Dior Chrono trainers (winner’s choice, subject to availability), with an approximate retail value of £1,800.

• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, except where the winner opts for the £1,500 cash alternative.

• If the chosen item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value.

5. Selection Process

• A random draw of all valid entries will take place on [3rd November 2025].

• The draw will be conducted using a random number generator and supervised by the Promoter.

• The draw will be recorded for transparency and may be shared upon request.

6. Closing Date

• Entries must be received by 11:59 PM GMT on [2nd November 2025].

• Entries received after this time will not be considered.

7. Winner Notification

• The winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the draw date using the contact details provided.

• If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Prize Claim

• The winner must provide a valid UK delivery address to receive the prize.

• Delivery will be arranged within 28 days of winner confirmation, subject to availability.

• The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered prizes.

9. Data Protection

• Personal data collected (name, email, phone number) will be used solely for administering the Raffle and notifying the winner.

• By entering, you consent to the Promoter storing and processing your data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• Data will be retained for 90 days after the draw for audit purposes and then securely deleted.

• Data will not be shared with third parties except as required for prize fulfillment or by law.

10. Liability

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical issues or postal delays.

• The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Raffle or acceptance of the prize, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence.

11. Compliance

• This Raffle is conducted as a free-entry competition under the UK Gambling Act 2005 and is not a lottery.

• The free entry route is equally accessible to all participants.

• The Promoter complies with all applicable UK consumer protection laws and Stripe’s Terms and Conditions.

12. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Raffle or these terms without notice if circumstances beyond its control arise.

• Any disputes will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
