### Terms and Conditions – Louis Vuitton or Dior Bag or £1500 Cash Alternative Prize Draw
**1. Promoter**
This prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is promoted by GarmGiveawayz, located at 84 Milton Road ST1 6HD.
**2. Eligibility**
- The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
**3. Entry Methods**
- **Paid Entry**: Enter by purchasing a £2 entry ticket via Stripe on the product page at https://www.garmgiveawayz.co.uk/product-page/1-entry-ticket-louis-vuitton-bag-or-dior-messenger-bag.
- **Free Entry**: Enter for free by:
- Completing the online form at https://garmgiveawayz.co.uk/free-entry, providing your first name, email, phone number, category preference, and confirming you are 18 or older; or
- Sending your first name, email, and phone number by post to GarmGiveawayz, [insert valid UK address, e.g., 123 Example Street, London, UK].
- All entries (paid and free) must be received by the Closing Date (see below). Only one entry per person is allowed, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
**5. Prize**
- The prize is one authentic Louis Vuitton or Dior messenger bag (winner’s choice, subject to availability), with a retail value of approximately £1,800.00
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable unless you choose to take the £1500 cash alternative.
**6. Selection Process**
- A random draw of all valid entries (paid and free) will take place on [3rd October 2025]
- The draw will be conducted by a random number generator for the amount of tickets produced throughout the raffle and supervised by the Promoter.
**7. Closing Date**
- Entries must be received by 11:59 PM GMT on [October 2nd 2025] . Entries received after this time will not be considered.
**8. Winner Notification**
- The winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the Draw Date using the contact details provided.
- If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
**9. Prize Claim**
- The winner must provide a valid UK delivery address to receive the prize. Delivery will be arranged within 28 days of winner confirmation, subject to availability.
- The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered prizes.
**10. Data Protection**
- Personal data collected (name, email, phone number) will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw and notifying the winner.
